Internship Description
- Participate in the research, planning, and coordination of SaaS products, aiming to create efficient, cutting-edge, and user-friendly products.
- Collaborate with the PM and CSM teams to collect early user feedback, identify user issues and pain points, work with the technical team to track the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring product iteration optimization and a smooth, high-quality, and efficient release.
- Work alongside PM and PMM to engage in competitor research, produce detailed user research reports and competitor analysis reports, deeply analyze demand scenarios in the US and Chinese markets, uncover user pain points, identify opportunities, propose comprehensive product solutions, drive continuous product innovation and optimization, promptly identify demands and issues, develop solutions, and facilitate implementation.
- Collaborate with CSM to continuously engage with new customers, serve existing customers, participate in customer onboarding and live demonstrations, organize internal documents such as user manuals, detailed usage scenarios, and FAQs, and enhance the ability to provide scalable services to customers.
