Internship Description

Internship Responsibilities

  • Assist in Global Talent Recruitment: Support the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent globally, aiding in our rapid growth and business expansion.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Help manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring their smooth integration into our company culture and work environment, and providing necessary resources and support.
  • Support HR Strategy Implementation: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR strategies, including employee relations management, performance evaluations, and career development planning.

Desired Qualifications

  • Interest in recruitment and HR practices, particularly in the tech industry; previous internship experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively operating in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities, able to contribute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
