What are your responsibilities at the Keller Center?

I serve as the Business Operations Manager at the Keller Center, working closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to shape and implement the Center’s strategic and operational priorities. I oversee core business functions including finance, human resources, technology, and facilities, ensuring our faculty, students, and staff have the tools and support they need to succeed. I also help facilitate planning and decision-making processes across the Center, focusing on developing efficient systems, solving operational challenges, and supporting a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What attracted you to the Keller Center?

The people - the vision - the impact. The team at the Keller Center is deeply collaborative, mission-driven, and genuinely supportive—qualities that make it a great place to work and grow. I was inspired by the Center’s bold vision to empower students and faculty to tackle real-world challenges through interdisciplinary thinking, entrepreneurship, and design. Additionally, the opportunity to contribute to a place where innovation and social impact intersect in meaningful ways was a powerful motivator for me.

What do you appreciate most about the Keller Center?

What I appreciate most about the Keller Center is the opportunity to contribute to work that has both depth and broad impact. Since joining Princeton in 2018, I’ve continually been inspired by the Keller Center’s programs—from supporting student entrepreneurs and faculty innovators to fostering interdisciplinary approaches that address real-world challenges. The Center’s commitment to innovation, inclusion, and social impact aligns closely with my own values, and it’s incredibly rewarding to play a role in advancing that mission. Being part of a team that actively brings Princeton’s motto—“in the nation’s service and the service of humanity”—to life is both meaningful and motivating.
