Princeton-developed 3DMRM (three-dimensional multi-resolution imaging) and nanoparticle valency sorting technology platform enable direct and real-time observation of mechanistic actions of a single nanoparticle interacting with a single live cell with 10-nm spatial and 10-μs time resolution, and downstream analysis. This capability to gain mechanistic insights by direct observations of nanoparticles interacting with live cells will be a massive leap forward in understanding mechanisms of action and automating pharmaceutical formulation workflows. Yang's team will work with the Design for Innovation Program to prioritize the most important capabilities of the technology, preliminary customer discovery and product market fit related activities.
